1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing or accessing any product on NS Market, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not complete the purchase.

2. Digital Products

NS Market sells downloadable digital software products only. All products are delivered as source code packages with a license key. No physical goods are shipped.

3. License

Each purchase grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the software on the number of domains specified in your license. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share the source code with third parties.

4. No Refunds on Activated Licenses

Because digital products are delivered immediately after payment, refunds are not offered after a license key has been activated. See our Setup Support Policy for how we assist you instead.

5. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your NS Market account and the products you install on your servers.

6. Intellectual Property

All products, source code, and documentation remain the intellectual property of NeticSoul. Purchasing a license does not transfer ownership of the intellectual property.

7. Prohibited Use

You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or use NS Market products in violation of any applicable laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

NS Market and NeticSoul are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products.

9. Changes

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of NS Market after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
